Xavier comes out to play
Soon I will write lots and LOTS of entries that I have saved up for a rainy day (or maybe just for a day when I was motivated). For now I just want to document for all posterity the fact that the love and I are flying mighty high this evening. That Xavier sure knows how to party.
And because I am where I am (mentally and emotionally speaking--and physically, if we want to be accurate), I've come on here to tell the world how very much I love our dear, dear friends.
So, all of you in my life who mean so much to me (you know who you are): thank you. Thank you for your unconditional love; it's healed things in me that I didn't even know were broken. Thank your for your understanding; I've learned compassion because of your example. You are my family in ways that are as good as genetics. Thank you for always standing by me.
And most of all, thank you for being you. I've learned a lot just by watching you live.

My love is singing beautifully at the computer next to me. God, she's perfect. My best friend. My soulmate. No doubt in my mind.
